We assisted the new ownership group in evaluating their overall elevator system and guided them through a complete elevator modernization program in this downtown Baltimore office building. This project included a full modernization of the high rise and low rise gearless passenger groups with destination dispatch as well as the modernization of their service elevator and another passenger elevator in the building. We were also successful in assisting them with obtaining financial incentives through energy efficiency programs with the local government.
