Vertran provided design assistance on this high rise mixed-use transit oriented development including residential, retail, and parking. Overal project was nearly 500,000 square feet with 450 units and 720 parking spaces. The elevator arrangement was especially challenging as there were multiple entry points into the building that caused some unique challenges in maintaining an adequate level of service.
